Taxation on employe's salary

[Gesteld op: 08-02-2015]

Toelichting:
I am writing to you because a few friends and I would like to establish an association (vereniging) in the Netherlands and we are seeking some help in regard to the taxation of an employee. I have already visited the Belastingdienst but they could not give me sufficient answers to my questions. This is why, I like to ask your help as an expert.
Our situation is the following:
We have this vereniging and like to hire a paid employee who will work part time. (not volunteer but real employment)
I searched a lot online and I know that there is a payroll tax (loonbelasting) that should be deducted from the gross salary and paid to the Belastingdienst every month. This is clear, I found an online calculator that can show the exact amount etc…
What is not clear is if the “loonbelasting” is the only thing that have to be paid by the employer or there are more tax items? When I visited the kantoor van Belastingdienst the administrator told me that the employer has to pay other things as well besides the loonbelasting like unemployment insurance, health insurance. But he was hesitating and was not sure if these items are paid separately or the loonbelasting already includes them.
I tried to search after these additional tax items (Werknemersverzekeringen?) but looks likea bit confusing.
I would like to know how this works and exactly how much tax should be paid after an employee including every tax items?.
Thank you for your feedback!

Kind regards,
Bence Csakvary

Wat er aan sociale lasten ingehouden en betaald moet worden hangt af van in welke branche er gewerkt wordt.
